Lower transconjunctival blepharoplasty with laser resurfacing

I highly recommend Dr. Tanuj Nakra if your looking to get any work done on your face or around your eyes. I went to two other consultations and found him to be the most knowledgeable and precise. One of the consultations wanted to completely remove the fat bag from underneath which would have been a huge mistake as that would have left me with the opposite problem of hollowed eyes. I was scared to do the procedure but it was really nothing pain wise at all. I was asleep during and woke up feeling fine. The hardest part about it is having to sleep slightly elevated for a few days. That’s the only reason I needed pain meds was to be able to sleep sitting up. With the laser resurfacing you will not want to leave the house for two weeks. Dr. Nakra does an excellent job at making you feel secure about the changes to your face that you will go through. Each day there was a different look and it was a roller coaster of emotions but he assured me not to worry that it was normal and he was correct. The second picture was taken about 12 weeks after the procedure. I am so thankful I chose Dr. Nakra but whoever you choose make sure if it’s around your eyes to use a oculoplastic surgeon.
