I had a lower blepheroplasty with fat repositioning one month and one werk ago. My left eye has a strange lump under it. I told my doctor about it around 3 weeks ago and he told me it was swelling that will go down. So far, it's still the same. What can i do about this and will it go away? Should i do a revision?

Your lump much bigger than me. I only have little bit lump, almost invisible. I been reading reviews, lump maybe disappear after while, but some people have the lump until 1 year later, probably check with the surgeon.
