Extremely Disappointed with My Rhinoplasty Experience

I’m writing this review to share my personal experience with a rhinoplasty procedure that left me extremely unhappy and disheartened.

From the start, I had a very clear vision of what I wanted. I brought in reference photos and had multiple discussions with the surgeon to ensure we were aligned on the desired outcome. Unfortunately, the results have not only fallen short—they’ve been almost nonexistent. My nose looks nearly identical to how it did before surgery, particularly the tip, which still has the same shape and even a slight downward tilt. It’s incredibly frustrating to go through the physical, emotional, and financial toll of surgery only to see little to no change.

What’s been even more upsetting is the lack of support and accountability from the surgeon. I expressed my concerns immediately after surgery and have continued to voice my disappointment, only to be consistently dismissed. Rather than listening or showing empathy, he talks over me, avoids addressing my concerns directly, and has outright refused to consider a revision—even though we clearly discussed a different outcome before surgery.

This has been an incredibly discouraging and emotionally draining experience. I feel ignored and stuck with a result that doesn’t reflect what I was promised or what I paid for. If you’re considering rhinoplasty, I strongly recommend not only reviewing a surgeon’s portfolio but also paying close attention to how they handle patient communication, especially when things don’t go as expected.

I wish I had been more cautious, and I hope sharing my experience helps others make more informed decisions.
