So six months has passed so time to update....is my result perfect...nope....am I happy??? Ridiculously happy!!! I am so lucky to have found Dr Zollman....he is cautiously aggressive and that's exactly the guy I needed....my chin lipo turned out far better than my expectations....I used to not smile because that seemed to really show all of my chins....now they are gone....as for my arms they aren't as small as I had hoped but I could say the same about my weight loss results lol....they are perfect for my body and that's another reason I'm so happy with my surgeon. He knows bodies and he makes the best astetic decisions....my arms original circumference was 17 and 16 inches and now one is 12 and 11 1/2 inches....anytime I think they are still too big I grab the tape measure....the additional lipo I had in my abdomen and flanks I am grateful for as well but it's hard for me to see unless I have my befores and Afters side by side then I see a wonderful result. I do feel like my plastic surgery journey ends here....I should do thighs but the scars to concern me. I wasn't excited about the arm scars but found a cover up that I have used at times....I'm excited to get them in the sun next year I do tan in a bed with my arms tucked to my sides and when I'm out by my pool I do wear the sleeved bathing suits....I'm hoping they continue to fade....

I have so throughly enjoyed following your journey. You just look amazing and I'm so happy for you. I'm your biggest fan and will always remember your encouraging words that prompted me to move forward with my surgery at my late over a year ago now. Best wishes always.
I'm so glad you made the decision to move forward....I wish more of us would....the new self confidence I have felt is a such a gift and seems to be a common thread among all of us. Life seems to have a way of beating us all down so taking control, even late in life is so empowering....thank you always for your kind words....I've so enjoyed following your journey as well....are u planning anything more? It is a bit addicting lol
Well actually yes..first things first (LoL). While out of State on my 1st trip in 18 months, I've gotten a 1st consult from an Occuloplastic Surgeon for treatment plan for my eyes..upper/lower bleph, ptosis repair, festoons. His plan was only laser skin resurfacing. Really want to go to Beverly Hills for next two consults then decide. Secondly, still considering upper thigh lipo and will try and get in a consult with Dr Su while I'm still in his neck of the wood prior to returning home. I'll always keep up my skin routine maintenance at my PS medi spa for facials and fillers as needed, but I really want this eye surgery. Just overly cautious about choosing the right surgeon. Covid definitely delayed my moving forward on it due to fear of flying.
I might also add that I've been researching the Diva Vaginal Laser treatment and plan to see a doctor for that when I return home. Also been reading up on the Emsculpt Neo as an alternative treatment for my upper thighs in lieu of additional Lipo. I just wish now that my PS had suggested that I do more thigh Lipo to reshape my legs instead of just on my knees and my upper inner thighs on my last procedure.
I think there are limits to how much they can actually take....I need an actual thigh lift because I have so much loose skin but I just don't want all those scars...they would have to cut me up my entire leg on the inside the around the crease of where my let hooks on to my torso....you are one brave lady and I cannot wait to follow your entire journey...I'm so so happy for u
Jeez..agree that a thigh lift I wouldn't do at least not at this late a date. I also don't want to overdo Lipo and end up with hanging loose skin. I'd just assume leave well enough alone. I think a consult on the Emsculpt and a consult with Dr Su on Lipo will determine whether or not I pursue one or the other or just leave things be. I'll keep ya posted. And honestly, your scar does not look that bad considering how fantastic your arms look now. Totally worth the scar to me.
Scars fade and I love wearing sleaveless tops but my biggest suprise is how much I've enjoyed wearing baby tees....I could never wear those cause my arm skin buckled out and looked super gross....so glad you are going to several consultations to find out what is best for you and your body excited to see what you choose
Wow! That’s amazing what the chin lipo did for you! It seems like it gave you more than just that! How nice! How are your arms doing? It looks painful? Is it? I didn’t think doing lipo on the arms would leave scaring? What am I missing? Did he do something else including the lipo to your arms? Your body was transformed.

I’m glad you are happy with your results!!
I had an extended arm lift january of 2021....he did the arm lipo before he removed the skin. In Jan of 2022 I went to a new surgeon to have the arm lift redone. My original arm lift was not aggressive and left behind alot of skin. It make me look like I still needed the arm lift. I might have could have left it there but my insvision lines were very inconsistent not resembling each other at all. In one arm pit I had a pinwheel looking scar that left a deep pit that u couldn't reach with a razor or deodorant I called it my stink hole. The inscision stopped in the pit and restarted lelow it. So bizarre. The other one had no fluidity at all. Honestly looked like shark attack and that's the story I would tell. Anyway I knew I would have scars but I didn't think they would be so different from each other. Especially from a surgeon that had given me spectacular results from my first procedure with him. The arm lift was uncomfortable for 6 days but then tylonal took care of it. I have another arm lift review from my new surgeon and he did a remarkable job. The chin and neck lipo was the stand out on this review
Who did the second arm lift?

Chin lipo

I forgot to include pics of the chin lipo....I actually love the results I got....I was a bit worried because of my age and the already looseness of my skin from weightloss, I was really afraid I would end up at best regretting it and at worse actually needing a full neck left to correct....so glad I took the chance

I've got to say you look amazing!! Your results have been nothing short of spectacular! You should be so proud of how you look and I wish I looked half that good!! You have worked so hard and gone through so much to get the results you have! I just want to know where you get all your cute clothes and undies?!? Congrats on the fabulous results!
Awww thank you so much for your comment.....made my day....I love clothes and shop alot lol....my undies come from Victoria secret and target....targets bras also are my favorite....they have a boutique section...they are also super affordable....I also take chances on line....the sleeved bathing suits are from Amazon where I also find cute affordable lingerie...follow your measurements on specific websites rather than usual sizing.... Ross, burlington and the Buckle are also where I find cute things...tough to manage cute, sexy and age appropriate....calvin klein is my go to for dresses...they are classic and fit my curves
You are such a TRAILBLAZER! You have been through a lot and just look how beautiful that profile looks. A chin is a major factor in your side view. You are beautiful.
Thank you so much!!! I really am pleased with how it turned out...I still have some numbness nut honestly I don't care....I didn't realize how bad it was till I took the before pics lol
Are you still following TNleigh? She also looks fabulous.
Yes she is an amazing healer and looks so great....I'm so happy for her....she's been through so much and just keeps getting more and more amazing...I'm so happy for her
Yep. She's a trailblazer

3 months post extended arm lift

So I'm 3 months out and I'm adding pics to further document this journey....I want to show you that scars are a real result of this surgury and a very necessary thing to consider....I am not using scar creams or gels because with my mommy makeover I found that the only thing that will affect them is time and I do expect that they will fade....I have purchased two 3 piece bikinis to keep them out of the sun to avoid hyperpigmentation this summer...together with 50 sunscreen and the sleeves I should be fine....the sleeves are a separate top so next summer I'll still be able to wear the other pieces....although as u can see the scars are very real, they have been strategically placed so I will be comfortable in sleeveless....I have decided to disclose them as shark attack is someone asks the enevitable "omg what happened?"....my favorite part is all the side boob and fat that was cut removed via the extension

I see your review and I am so excited! I also lost a lot of weight, had a tummy tuck and just don't feel finished. I am now prepping for my arm lift and I want a procedure extended to my bra line to remove excess skin on my bra line also. You look fabulous! So excited for you!
Thank you so much....it's really funny how fast you forget how much skin actually hung from the arms once it's gone....my tummy tuck is a constant source of joy and elation....I had no issue with that scar but I'm finding the arm scares a little tougher to accept....I just keep looking back at the befores and have prepared a fantastic tale of the shark attack I survived if anyone asks the enevitable "OMG WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?" Lol....ps....not having all that skin on my side boobs....that's a HUGE win...I love being flat and smooth there....the extension scars don't bother me at all
Yes girl you are ready for summer!! I love how smooth you are too on the sides and arms are looking good too. So happy for you. Love the shark tale story to come and that's your story so stick to it LOL.
Time is certainly my friend
