6 months later

So six months has passed so time to update....is my result perfect...nope....am I happy??? Ridiculously happy!!! I am so lucky to have found Dr Zollman....he is cautiously aggressive and that's exactly the guy I needed....my chin lipo turned out far better than my expectations....I used to not smile because that seemed to really show all of my chins....now they are gone....as for my arms they aren't as small as I had hoped but I could say the same about my weight loss results lol....they are perfect for my body and that's another reason I'm so happy with my surgeon. He knows bodies and he makes the best astetic decisions....my arms original circumference was 17 and 16 inches and now one is 12 and 11 1/2 inches....anytime I think they are still too big I grab the tape measure....the additional lipo I had in my abdomen and flanks I am grateful for as well but it's hard for me to see unless I have my befores and Afters side by side then I see a wonderful result. I do feel like my plastic surgery journey ends here....I should do thighs but the scars to concern me. I wasn't excited about the arm scars but found a cover up that I have used at times....I'm excited to get them in the sun next year I do tan in a bed with my arms tucked to my sides and when I'm out by my pool I do wear the sleeved bathing suits....I'm hoping they continue to fade....

Chin lipo

I forgot to include pics of the chin lipo....I actually love the results I got....I was a bit worried because of my age and the already looseness of my skin from weightloss, I was really afraid I would end up at best regretting it and at worse actually needing a full neck left to correct....so glad I took the chance

3 months post extended arm lift

So I'm 3 months out and I'm adding pics to further document this journey....I want to show you that scars are a real result of this surgury and a very necessary thing to consider....I am not using scar creams or gels because with my mommy makeover I found that the only thing that will affect them is time and I do expect that they will fade....I have purchased two 3 piece bikinis to keep them out of the sun to avoid hyperpigmentation this summer...together with 50 sunscreen and the sleeves I should be fine....the sleeves are a separate top so next summer I'll still be able to wear the other pieces....although as u can see the scars are very real, they have been strategically placed so I will be comfortable in sleeveless....I have decided to disclose them as shark attack is someone asks the enevitable "omg what happened?"....my favorite part is all the side boob and fat that was cut removed via the extension
