I had five total treatments Of exiles elite from a PA at a dermatologist office he told me he was going up higher so that it would pull my jowels up so he went all the way up to my cheekbone months later I noticed that had seem to dissolve and it has gotten worse over the past two years I am just now saving for a facelift and fat injections I definitely would not recommend this procedure. Any other radio frequency/ultrasound treatments I am 46 years old and in good health I had a tiny bit of jowls starting and I thought this would be preventative instead of what it did was shrink the fat and I am left with a hollowed out back of my face I attached photos

That happened to me because I had fillers and a facial a few days later that melted the fillers. It looked exactly the same as your photo, but only on one side of my face. I looked like a stroke victim as a date for my ex-boyfriend at the Academy Awards. He won that year. History will see me with a blob of filler in my jowels. Nobody will care of course. But it was horrible for me. Did you get fillers by any chance?

The facial had some kind of heat treatment but I don’t exactly recall what it was. I don’t think it was Exilis.
I recently got a facelift it’s a lot better But I will keep this up to warn everyone of the dangers of heat therapies
If filler is placed too superficially, they will migrate down the cheek and give you a Bulldog look. Filler should be placed deeply above the periosteum.
