Good - completely painless skin tightening

I wanted to address some slight sagging, lax skin on my lower face/jawline. I already do fillers but wanted to do something that would actually change my skin. I've looked at all the procedures - ultherapy, microneedling, prp- literally have read about them all! I have done trusculpt on my stomach and wasn't super impressed with the results and it hurt (was NOT just a hot stone massage) so I was reluctant to try exilis bc it is the same type of technology, but I decided to try it anyway after seeing before and afters at my derm office. I'm glad I decided to go for it! The best thing about it was that it was completely painless- it WAS a hot stone massage! I have noticed some tightening, nothing crazy, but a good result. I only did my lower face and It's been about 4 months post and I think I will get another series for my neck and upper face.
