Excruciating Painful Experience and Dental Implants Failed After 16 Months

Very pushy, trying to sell me veneers for my crooked teeth and not taking no for an answer. Tried to get me to pre-pay for my dental work. My credit card wasn’t working and the ATMs were down. She had her assistant walk me around in 31° weather for at least three hours looking for a functioning ATM until finally I couldn’t take it anymore. Tried to pre-charge me for my crowns and abutments and I had to threaten to leave as she was not taking no for an answer once again. This was all under the guise of saving me money by holding the price until I returned in six months. I was in extreme pain during my implant which she said was due to soft bone. No I realize that my bone density wasn’t adequate for a dental implant, but she still proceeded.She did not freeze me sufficiently, and I was crying and even screaming a couple times because I couldn’t take the pain. I’ve had nine root canals and never had anywhere near this type of pain. She mocked my moaning and imitated my crying and then told me it was hard for her as well! She managed to get me to pre-pay for my abutments, and I unfortunately went back after about nine months to get that and my crowns. I thought this would be better, but I was in extreme pain again. Both times I had issues with postnasal drips that made it very difficult for me to breathe. I thought I was going to die at some points. It was excruciating and it went on for hours and hours. Her English is minimal and she relies on AI to translate but she also does not care to explain herself so most of the time I didn’t know what was going on and she wouldn’t tell me. I’m absolutely traumatized and now 16 months later my two implants failed and I had to have them removed. She refuses to compensate me for any expense that I now will have to replace those implants. All along I have had issues with the implants, not feeling comfortable and being awkward to bite on. She gave me one crown over the two implants so when one failed, I had to have both removed as the second one was about to fail as well from the movement. The implantologist in my country said that she used excessive glue that was eroding my gums and put the implants on an angle. He told me six months ago that they would fail that it was such a poor job and it sure did. The dentist here barely moved my crown, and then he pulled the implant and with the crown out with his fingers!!! She is no expert stay away from her!
