Exchange of chin implant

Your implant looks like a standard anatomical with wings, like mine! Doctors use the easiest method instead of giving a person a look that actually makes you look better. I had my implant put in last year and I'm not happy.i feel it's too wide and round, I needed a better version of my own (recessed) and v-shape too. Ughhgh, so frustrating! I'm thinking of going to Korea to get a job done properly. Dr.Koobehi in New Orleans didn't even care to look at my anatomy,tissue underneath. Just same standard chin as everyone else. I need a custom chin implant, genioplasty and possible jaw brought forward.

That is great information for the doctor to provide at the consultation. Only one mentioned it. mines didn't listen to me, without experience how are you supposed to know. You think they're going to provide you with a better face. I find the whole process disappointing and misleading.

Maybe what I needed was my entire jaw advanced and genioplasty, but without doctors that are honest how are you supposed to know what is best on your face?

Therefore, no risk of bone resorption, no risk of the implant shifting or infection... Moreover, sliding genioplasty gives you full control over the shape of the chin... Horizontal , vertical changes as well as the shape of the chin itself

Jaw surgery is in my opinion only necessary if your bite is seriously wrong, you have severe breathing issues or a forward chin movement does not suffice to give you the desired look that you are aiming for
