I arrived at Dr Alex Chamber's totally unprepared for the experience I had at her clinic. I had previously had a lovely doctor who had very gently helped to repair some careless placements of filler that I had been injected with as my first experience of dermal fillers. This doctor had left the country to join her family and I was frankly afraid that I would not find another doctor with so much compassion and patience. I am somewhat fussy and have been described as a perfectionist on many occasions. I took a chance going to Dr Alex's because it was without the recommendation of anyone. The minute I saw her, I was completely confident that she would know exactly what would be best for me. She was immaculately and very beautifully dressed. Her skin was so beautiful and flawless and she seemed very detail oriented. Her manner was very kind and she was a brilliant listener. In a short time she had assessed my needs precisely. She was extremely professional whilst at the same time being warm. I felt very at ease. This first appointment was very successful. After suggesting the areas that I would benefit from filling, her nurses led me into a very pleasant, but clinical room, where I had anaesthetic cream applied to my face. After a while, Dr. Alex came in to fill the needed areas. It was completely pain free. I was thrilled with the results. I was also very happy with the cost, as it was less than I had previously paid the other doctor. This was about 4 years ago. I have continued to visit Dr Alex's clinic without any problems. I have since tried botox very successfully and honestly cannot imagine going anywhere else for a facial treatment. I find her aftercare faultless. I also find her patience and her tolerance of my perfectionist tendencies incredible. Her staff also make my visits ones that I so look forward to. Joanna, her patient coordinator is a joy to talk to and her head nurse Hannah, has over time, began to feel like my own sister. They are all reassuring and seem to know exactly what they are doing. The other wonderful experience I've had with Dr Alex, alongside Fillers and Botox, is skincare. When I first met her, my skin was scared very noticeably by acne. My skin is dark and did not appreciate the very dark marks that were all over my face. She recommended her wonderful Togosha line of skincare and I cannot begin to say how amazingly my skin has transformed. I am now blemish free, with radiant, clear and young skin. I feel very grateful to Dr Alex. I have since told everyone about this wonderful doctor and her products. I count my blessings daily, and she and her team are definitely at the very top of my list.
