Swelling and Redness Post EXCEL V
Hi,
I had an excel V done two days ago to treat rosacea with a board certified dermatologist who specializes in laser. With that said, I believe I have been burned as I’m very red (getting redder) and extremely swollen (like a chipmunk). The photos don’t show the swelling, it’s significant. Like both my checks, my forehand, around my eyes and my jowls are triple in size. Is this a burn? Should I be concerned right now? When I called the doctor they said it was fine but I don’t know what to think right now. This seems extreme for excel v. I’m icing and using Benedryl but I am unsure if I should take other steps. So worried my skin won’t recover.
