Office review - did not give me the information I needed

I went to Dr. Greene after reading so many great reviews and knowing he had expertise in lasers. I have always had red cheeks and flush easily because of my rosacea. When I went in for my initial consultation he almost immediately started pushing for procedures and expensive creams. When I asked questions he never gave me straight answers. I ended up moving forward with the laser treatment based on my own research, and after talking to the nurse more after he left the room. I was never given any “pre-op” instructions but when I showed up to the first laser appointment I found out there were steps I needed to take to prepare that I was never informed about. I felt like I wasn’t given any information during or after the procedure and felt rushed out afterwards. The following appointments were more of the same: I was always being pushed to make purchases but was not given any legitimate reasons for why they would help me. I felt like they did not give me the information I needed to be successful. Overall I felt very uncared about! The procedures also did not yield any noticeable results.
