I had the Excel V laser on vertical scars from a breast augmentation. This laser treatment caused an increase in hyperpigmentation and spreading/mottling of the scarring. Overall, it made my scarring worse. I would not recommend this laser and I do not feel comfortable returning as the results were the opposite of what I was hoping for.
