Evolve Tite and Trim Had Minimal Results
Had six sessions of evolve trim and tite back to back on upper and lower abdomen. Procedure was new in my area and was originally considering cool sculpting but I hate to be cold. No real reviews but was told evolve was comparable procedure. Towards the end of my sessions I finally found research and it is for improvement of cellulite (evolve trim)and tissue tightening (evolve tite). I looked different afterwards because I lost weight-not from the procedure. Started out 5’5 almost 150. Dropped to 145 and of course I look smaller in after photos. I started consistently working out. My belly looked smoother but there is still cellulite and fat. Tissue is still loose on lower abdomen. I would say the best results must come from people with very minimal tissue laxity and mild cellulite. I am now even smaller and still have the same fat on my stomach. Wish I would’ve tried cool sculpting that actually kills fat cells instead of a cellulite smoothing treatment. I would not do it again. Disruptive to my schedule (6 long visits) for such a slight improvement of “the appearance” of cellulite!
Toning is excellent but the cellulite treatment is worthless for the most part. Coolsculpting is the only non-invasive cosmetic service for fat reduction that actually works but it depends on the type of fat you have. Visceral fat is hard like many men have on their midsection. For Coolsculpting to be effective, it has to be subcutaneous "jiggly" fat. If that describes your midsection then it will work great for you. In regards to being cold, it's only cold for the first few minutes and then you're numb anyway so I would definitely recommend doing Coolsculpting next time. Unfortunately, many of the platforms in our industry end up being $200k paper weights because the doctors think the reps that call
On them are real medical sales reps and the companies they deal with are real medical companies. My advice to any doctor in the field of non-invasive cosmetics is - Dont ever listen to the reps that walk in your door and don't ever trust any of the companies. Don't purchase the first generation of anything ever. Wait until it's been proven effective, read reviews, and then make a determination. Ethics are hard to come by in our industry, trust no one. Make everyone prove themselves. Hope this helps someone.
