8 sessions of Evolvex on my stomach and love handles - no result yet

I had 8 sessions of Evolvex on my stomach and love handles. I was told it takes 90 days to eliminate the fat but since 6 sessions seems to be standard and I had 8 I assumed it would be 120 days. And a week after 120 days (late March) there was a result but it was literally gone the next day. Also I gained weight. I have dense fat cells so maybe the fat contents take up more room when not encapsulated? It's been two months since I saw the result and it seems like more fat is flushing out although I don't know how that's possible. I think the technology works maybe it just takes a while. I was told the fat dies immediately after a session but I don't think that is true. If a fat cell is slightly damaged does that mean it takes longer to die? I'm also not sure what they mean by continued result after the fat is eliminated. Maybe that was referring to the skin tightening since it was Evolvex, a combo of the three. Since the muscle benefit isn't possible to sustain through exercise alone I didn't care much about not seeing that result. I went to a spa and not a derm office.
