I am a 30 year old that was a previous 36 B cup with 2 children, One was 10 years old and when I chose to have the procedure I had my second child 3 months earlier. My breasts of course were engorged but once they went down I was unhappy with the shape and look of them. I no longer had the petite body though the majority of my weight was due to the recent pregnancy and was mainly in my abdomen. I felt that after time and exercise the baby weight comes off but at my age my breasts were not going to become perky or of proper shape again. My goal was to have my breasts match my build and look natural at the same time. I chose 450cc silicone implants with a submuscular placement and under breast incisions. Dr. Scott was very open during discussion on what each type of implant and size could possibly result in and we were both very comfortable with the chosen implants. When I went for the procedure Dr. Scott was very positive with an awesome bedside manner that reassured my decisions. Once I returned to recovery I was met by Dr. Scott and told about all of the procedure detail, everything went perfectly. I felt like he was very proud of his work and wanted the results to be of the highest quality, and they were PERFECT! His incisions were perfectly placed and of the highest quality. They healed quickly with no problems and will not show when wearing a bikini or bra. During the first week of healing I had a concern on the weekend about a pain in the middle of my chest and he called me within 5 minutes to talk about my concerns. I have never had a physician respond so quickly and was reassured that I could call him anytime, any day. The pains ended up being the muscles spreading due to the weight, which was completely normal. Now that they have dropped into normal placement I have amazing cleavage and perfect shape to my breasts. I have ended up with 34 DD. He helped me to find the ideal size and shape for my body and I could not be more ecstatic over the results. If I ever had to go again for any procedure or had anyone I know interested in getting plastic surgery I would refer them to Dr. Scott for anything needed. I don't think I could have chosen a better surgeon and have actually suggested to family members out of state to consider Dr. Scott. I am extremely satisfied and proud to have these amazing breasts... best decision I could have made. Even though I am still working off the baby weight, I feel sexy and have none of the post partum self esteem issues that many do end up with. They match me perfectly and will be even better when I am back to my regular size.
