I made an appointment to have botox, which should have taken at most thirty minutes. I have had this done many times before elsewhere and would have went to my regular doctor, but he was booked. When I entered the office it was almost completely full but I thought that there were multiple doctors. After I turned my paperwork into the lady at the desk she said I would be called right back. After waiting two hours and ten minutes and never seeing the doctor, I finally left. This is no way to treat your patients especially a new one.

Didn't have one. Never saw the doctor. After waiting for over two hours, a hello or sorry for the wait, would have been nice. Total waste of my day and an hour drive.
