Nose Job Went Wrong. I Need a Revision to Restore my Original Nose Back - Europe
UPDATED FROM SweetHonwy
Asian nose job by Dr. Dean Toriumi
$18,000
I've been looking for asian nose jobs with natural results. And I must say that Dr. Toriumi is by far the best. I like how he made the bridge higher and thinner and it looks so natural and I don't see any visible edges to the grafts.
But he is very expensive.
I wonder if there is another surgeon who is as good as Toriumi but with more resonable price.
What do you guys think about Dr. Toriumi?

Revision rhinoplasty to augment overdone nose!
My primary thinoplasty left me with a very small nose and I HATE IT!!! It so tiny, short, flat, and upturned! I always have tape on it so I don't have to see it! I LITTERALY CAN't stand the sight of it.
I need do get a revision to augment my nose.
To make my nose bridge higher and narrower
And bring down the tip
Who is the best revision surgeon for augmeneting a nose? Maybe a surgeon who specialises in both revision and Asian rhinoplasty will give me the best reuslts.
Please help me. I'm very depressed and traumatised.

Have you tried getting a filler for now to see how that would look? I would recommend Dr Vladimir Grygoriants in Glendale CA as I did before . He makes beAutiful feminine noses. I also like Dr . Kim
And that's David Kim also in CA
Since I need significant augmentation fillers won't help. I need derotation of the tip as well which can only be achieved with revision.
Thanks I send them an email, I'll se what they say.

I'm so sorry for what you've experienced.I know all too well the pain of feeling so displaced with you what see and not feeling like you look like yourself. I highly recommend Dr. Frankel and Dr. Davis is the USA. i've consulted with both and they both really are fantastic. good luck. With a good revisionist, your nose will turn out good.
Did he shortened your columnella (the part between your nostrils) or he just lift it up?
Who did you choose for your revision? Please answer
Hi how r u? Hope you are doing well? did you had revision?

Revision Rhinoplasty to Restore Old Nose A few...
Revision Rhinoplasty to Restore Old Nose
A few months ago I made the worst decision in my life by having rhinoplasty.
I had a good nose To begin with. Actually I liked my nose alot, but My friend pushed me to have surgery to remove a hump on my nose bridge.
I asked the surgeon to take down the hump but keep the frontal view the same. He did nothing of what I had told him.
Everything went wrong with my surgery. Litterally everything. The surgeon did whatever he wanted and left me with an ugly nose.
I have not left my house in several months. I'm extremly depressed. This surgey has ruined my life. I've lost my job and I was forced to take a break from my studies because I'm too self conciuos about the overdone nose that I got.
I now have a short, flat, uppturned nose and it's so ugly. I'm litterally unrecognisable. Those who know me think I've had an accident. I went from a very beautiful woman and I became very ugly. I'm deeply traumatised and I can't look at the mirror anymore.
Rhinometry confirmed that both my nostrils are blocked so I can't breath through my nose. I can't sleep well because my mouth gets very dry at night.
I need to find a surgeon who can give a nose that is very similar to my old one. Please it's very importand to me to get my old nose back and I'm willing to fly all over the world to get my revision.
Can you recommend me the best reconstructive/ revision surgeon who also has an asthestic and artistic eye who can restore my nose?

Thanks for sharing your story. Hoping you'll find support within the community.
Thank you!
Sweden?
Yes
Dont tell me its the sick butcher Gustav from Stockholm!?
Yes it's him :(
my friend recommended him to me, well I wish I didn't listen to her :(
Look at ur inbox
Did he give you spreader grafts?
No, he just took too much cartilage and bone so the nose bacame very flat and wide.
No he just removed too much cartilage and bone and left me with a flat and wise nose
Your profile doesn't look bad . Maybe your bones just need to be taken in by breaking your nose . Hmm
I litterally can't breath so i don't think taking in the bone is a good idea. It will make the airway even narrower.
Oh no, I'm so, Sorry to hear that sweetie. Have you looked in to Dr Kim in California. He seems very good with noses and revisions. Also Dr Vladimir Grygoriants does beautiful feminine noses .
It's ok. Yeah this surgery litteraly ruiend everything :(
Thanks! I will look at their websites and see if I like their results.

Honestly, the noses Toriumi makes look beautiful and natural. That's why I wanted him to work on me. But, its not really how the noses look which are the biggest complaints from his patients. Basically, what kept coming up were people having all the cartilage in their noses removed and replaced with rib for example when it wasn't necessary to do so, or talked about before hand. Many people said that their nose was beyond repair as a result when consulting with other surgeons to fix the damage he'd done.
There seem to be too many red flags my dear. I found several websites with support groups online, dedicated to sharing horror stories about the devastating effects of his rhinoplasty work. I was depressed when I saw all this negative stuff about him. I really thought he was the perfect doctor for me. I just realized, after trying to figure out all this hate online (for what seemed to be a great surgeon) that it seems to be too risky to consider him anymore. Its just hard to not get freaked out by 40 different patients with before and after photos, and hardly any positive reviews with little to no pictures.
Also, I got quoted from his office and they said the revision would cost $20,000. That was about 8 months ago and that's the highest I've found so far from an experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon.
So, yeah. He is the most expensive doctor I've seen yet, and the only one I've seen with an abnormal amount of negative/horrifying reviews (which plenty of other great doctors don't have).
So, just do a lot of research and trust your instincts. Maybe he's fine but I just can't get past all the negative stuff I see about him. Its overwhelming.
