WORTH IT
So far I've had 1 neck treatment on Mar 9 and 2 face treatments: Mar 23 (VERY light) and Apr 6 (aggressive). I was supposed to have the second neck treatment on Apr 6, but my skin has not healed yet so I had to postpone it. The great part is that since it has not healed, I will see even more improvement by the time I get my next treatment.
BACKGROUND:
I had the neck wrinkles since my teens. They got much worse within the past few years. I also had very bad static forehead wrinkles, and dynamic wrinkles around the eyes and the forehead, of course.
Before laser, I used Retinol for a year which made the wrinkles much better (I don't good before pics, unfortunately) and the skin much tighter. I had specialized massages done that were supposed to iron out and relax facial muscles. And surprisingly, they did reduce the depth of the forehead wrinkles by about 50%. Jessner peel had some result, but I was not impressed. The rest was a waste of time and money.
LASER TREATMENT:
In short, very painful, you can actually feel as the laser burns deeper and deeper into the skin. The neck area felt like a jelly for about 2 days after the treatment and the skin hurt. Even though the face looks terrifying, it didn't hurt even a tiny bit post-op. No pain, no discomfort. Probably because face is a less dynamic area, while the neck is a more dynamic area.

Great result on the face. Forehead looks amazing!

Pretty much all doctors told me I couldn't fix my forehead without botox and fillers. They were wrong! I insisted on having an aggressive treatment. No result for the first 3 months. At all. Just redness and track marks. The improvement was sudden and started at about 4 months after the treatment.
The best part is that the effect didn't reverse much with time. I did notice that fine lines on my forehead began to appear after half a year, but I upkeep the results with milder CO2 treatments once a year, BBL treatments, retinol, moisturizing oils and creams. I do not have any botox or fillers!
I also think most negative reviews are because the treatments do not penetrate deep enough to have any affect on deep wrinkles. Even though I no longer do treatments that result in bleeding, I still ask my doctor to set the laser deep enough to penetrate into dermis.
