Doing This for Me!!

Sleep last night was normal, did try to wear a compression panty but was way to uncomfortable ( compared to how i normally sleep). Everything felt normal while at work and i do sit all day long. Will cont to massage with coco shea tonight.

So its done. The moment the machine gets put on you until the area goes numb talk about discomfort!! After that it's a breeze, i was actually nodding off. When they take the machine off and start massaging its more discomfort but bearable. The area is numb now and will prob stay that way for up to a week according to the Dr. Got home and started rubbing the area with Coco Shea, she advised it will help a bit. No pain, no swelling...feel pretty good.

I have been reading tons of reviews , even before scheduling my consolation. I wrote down any questions/concerns i had and got all of them answered example - How do i know if i qualify for the procedure to make a difference? She advised as long as there is pinchable fat i can get it. How many sessions will i need according to my problem area? She said 2, she has never done more than 3 on anyone. I asked about the pain, swelling, nerve pain and bruising that i have been reading about. She said with the new version of the CS machine those side affects and dramatically low. With the new machine procedure time is cut from 60 mins to 35 mins, since it covers a larger area. I was convinced and scheduled the appointment for 4/24/17.
