I got measured at a 44D. I'm still pretty swollen so it may go down. I only use the painkillers to sleep. My nipple sensitivity is increasing daily. I'm increasing my activity level slowly but surely and eating more fresh veggies and fruits. That is making a big difference. I thought I was ready for a nice long walk but my body said only a short one was all I could take. It's so important to just listen to my body. One day I didn't and I was in a lot of pain the next day. I can lift my arms above my head but I'm still careful. I should have done this years ago! Best of luck to everyone on the journey.

Wonderful - congratulations - that is great healing for a very significant reduction.

Hello IBTCWannabe, I live in the Eugene area. I am currently looking for a surgeon to perform a BR. I am interested to know how you are feeling now that you are a couple of years away from the surgery. How is the look and feel? How about scaring? Would you recommend your plastic surgeon, Dr. Movassaghi? Other reviews mention they didn't get what they wanted with him and that he was quite rude. I still want to have a consult to find out for myself, but I am interested in your opinion. Thank you in advance!

It's been almost 2 1/2 years post surgery. I have no regrets. The look and feel is still pretty good. I have some more weight and lost some volume. I now wear a 38DD. The scarring is pretty significant since I had such a huge reduction. I highly recommend Dr. Movassaghi and his staff. He was nice to me. He was great at my 1st consult and great during my last follow up. We joked about the Patriots since he's a fan. I really liked him. I was a nervous wreck the day of surgery and he tried to help calm me. I opted to do the surgery without the vertical scar since I was scared of the free nipple graft. I did heal pretty quickly but I also tried to eat clean and supplemented my protein as needed. To this day, I still recommend Dr. M. He may come across as a little arrogant, but he is gifted, talented and very smart. Sorry I took so long to respond.

Quick Healing

IBTCwannabe
I am up and moving around almost back to normal. I still won't can't lift my arms above my head. Still no heavy lifting. I have a lot more energy. The swelling has gone done a lot but my breasts are still a little hard. I tried on this cute little bra I got from Kohl's and it fit. It's an XL so about a 40/42C. I was so happy I could barely fit one breast in the entire bra before. I'm so happy with my results thus far. Since I'm healing so well I don't have to go back to the dr for almost 3 weeks. I'm thinking I will do some type of scar treatment. I had axillary lipo and lift. That hurt the most. I'm pretty bored so I plan to work half a day tomorrow. My appetite is hit or miss. I was retaining a lot of water after surgery but it seems to be dropping off now. Never thought I'd say this but I can't wait to go to the gym! I'm a bit emotional but I expected that. Just thinking that I will no longer get the cleavage stares me just a little. I've gotten a bunch of freebies through the years. Hopefully now my personality can shine. Every now and again I get little pains in my nipple or on the side where I had the lipo. I haven't taken any of my painkillers in a couple days. No Tylenol either. I'll still be cautious but man this is amazing. I should have done this years ago
