44D

I got measured at a 44D. I'm still pretty swollen so it may go down. I only use the painkillers to sleep. My nipple sensitivity is increasing daily. I'm increasing my activity level slowly but surely and eating more fresh veggies and fruits. That is making a big difference. I thought I was ready for a nice long walk but my body said only a short one was all I could take. It's so important to just listen to my body. One day I didn't and I was in a lot of pain the next day. I can lift my arms above my head but I'm still careful. I should have done this years ago! Best of luck to everyone on the journey.

Quick Healing

I am up and moving around almost back to normal. I still won't can't lift my arms above my head. Still no heavy lifting. I have a lot more energy. The swelling has gone done a lot but my breasts are still a little hard. I tried on this cute little bra I got from Kohl's and it fit. It's an XL so about a 40/42C. I was so happy I could barely fit one breast in the entire bra before. I'm so happy with my results thus far. Since I'm healing so well I don't have to go back to the dr for almost 3 weeks. I'm thinking I will do some type of scar treatment. I had axillary lipo and lift. That hurt the most. I'm pretty bored so I plan to work half a day tomorrow. My appetite is hit or miss. I was retaining a lot of water after surgery but it seems to be dropping off now. Never thought I'd say this but I can't wait to go to the gym! I'm a bit emotional but I expected that. Just thinking that I will no longer get the cleavage stares me just a little. I've gotten a bunch of freebies through the years. Hopefully now my personality can shine. Every now and again I get little pains in my nipple or on the side where I had the lipo. I haven't taken any of my painkillers in a couple days. No Tylenol either. I'll still be cautious but man this is amazing. I should have done this years ago

Dr. M is very nice. He spent a lot of time explaining the procedure and the risks involved. I picked Dr. M because he does not perform free nipple grafts and he did a study on the Boston-modified Robertson technique which avoids the vertical scar.
