Best Ethnic Rhinoplasty Surgeon in the World

I would like to just start by saying as an African American woman it is absolutely terrifying to imagine traveling out of the country for plastic surgery. However Dr.Bora and his team from beginning to end made sure that I had the best experience and for that I am beyond grateful. I love my nose and the shape I was born with particularly the tip. So the part I wanted to have adjust was the width of my bridge and the dorsal hump I Inherited from my father that my mother and sisters do not have. So it was imperative that I found a surgeon that could make these slight adjustments with out changing the complete anatomy of my nose. I did not want a “New” nose, I desired my nose just the 2.0 version. I booked the online video consultation by sending in clear and multiple angled photos of my nose to the patient coordinator as instructed. After that and a health questionnaire I was told I’d be a good candidate for this procedure. We then proceeded to schedule the online video consult with Dr.Bora Ok. During the consultation I expressed to Dr.Bora the things I would like to have adjusted and he listened very intently, explaining to me the steps he would take to achieve my desired look. Upon completing the consultation I was sure that he was the surgeon for me. With instruction I sent the required deposit as a wire transfer from my bank to his financial institution. Once received on his end I was set to schedule my surgery date for April 6,2021. Once the date was set it was like the patient coordinator and I were Best friends. She provided me with a lot of information that would help my trip to be a success. I was traveling alone from California, USA . She gave me an official taxi app to download for secure travel once I arrive In Instabul, Turkey. She gave me the address to the surgery facility and clinic where I’d have my follow up after surgery. So with that information I booked my flight then I was able to book a very clean wonderful hotel to accommodate me for my stay at the (Karakoy 10) hotel. Just in case you needed a recommendation. Once I arrived I checked in at my hotel and the next day meet everyone in person at the Academic Hospital where I would have my surgery. I was great by the patient coordinator upon arrival and taken up to my suit where I meet Dr.Bora and his assistants. We talked again about the plans for surgery and I showed him my wish pictures and also pictures of noses I did not like and why. I think that is very important to do. Next they did my blood work and covid testing and once everything came back with green lights the anesthesiologist was there to take me under lol. They said surgery was estimated 3.5-4hrs but it did not feel that long at all I woke up back In my suite where I was not in any pain. Comfortable enough to call my mother and a few friends to let them know I made it out of surgery safely and then I went to sleep. The nurses at the hospital were very attentive throughout the night coming to check on me everytime I called and at times when I didn’t call. I felt very safe and well taken care of. When the morning came Dr.Bora was there with the team to check on me and give me directions on how to clean my nose and take my prescribed medications. Later in the afternoon I checked out and my taxi took me back to my hotel well I relaxed for two days before returning to the hospital for the stuffing inside my nose to be removed and checked thoroughly. With no issues present I went back to my hotel and relaxed there with a few occasional trips for food and a walk around for sight seeing. On the day before my departure I traveled to Dr.Bora’s Clinic this time instead of the hospital where I meet the whole team once again and this time all is my dressing was removed from my nose and I saw it for the first time. I could cry tears of joys, even 80% still swollen it was so beautiful and exactly what I asked for if not better. It was still my nose and I was still twinning with my mother & sisters but I now have a more defined and smooth bridge. My nostrils were slightly adjusted for over all balance and Harmony. It was truly amazing to see the work he had done. I had faith but now I am a believer, that’s why this review in detail was necessary so if you made it this far you know without a doubt Dr.Bora is the surgeon for you. He recorded a lovey video as he re-dressed my nose with the tape showing me exactly how I should tape my nose after a week at home and I had that to take with me. Afterwards I was in such good spirits I took a ferry ride across the water back to my hotel instead of a taxi and it was so beautiful. The perfect way to end my trip. I ate slept got up for my flight and 19hrs later I was back to Los Angeles Ca with my new cute nose. I am officially 3 weeks out as of today writing this review and the results just keep showing more and more each day. I love my results and I am beyond grateful to have made the right decision to see Dr.Bora Ok. Him and is team are a dream come true and you’d be in the best hands.
