1 year post op

Sorry for Zero updates... Really am.

Not got many or any at all BEFORE photos to compare to...

But there is a definite improvement..

It honestly feels like it's knocked off 5 years. Sorry for the crap pictures I don't spend anytime on the Internet so be honoured you got these.. LOL

I'd go there again.. Be realistic with your goals.. I've always had a high forehead so I still kept it in favour for density..

Good luck on everyones journey.

I can imagine majority of Istanbul clinics are the same and work the same.

For the cost just go for it...
I wouldn't use a UK clinic ever again and can't afford a USA clinic..
A wise man once told me "you can only fu** with the co** you've got" so Istanbul is my only financial option and its definitely better than transform medical in Manchester..

Again apologies for image quality and lack of flash but I'm in a social situation now and I ain't taking photos lol.

Day 10 post. Still have scabs

Following post op programme to the T.
Can't remember if this is the usual day 10 scabs (been some years since last op)

Not scared of shampooing hair from day 7 with very light caressing from day 7. Day 10 today still using baby shampoo and tried baby oil for half hour to soak in scabs. Light massaging to work up a lather but nothing to rough. Would rather be soft washes than rough.

Any opinions on this?

Day 6 post op

I'm on day 6 and the donor area is still a bit sore to touch and feels "bruised"
Recipient area feels fine and the scabs have miniaturised.

I take paracetamol and ibuprofen before bed to aid sleeping and still use the neck pillow and sleep upright a touch. Swelling was worst at day 4 and 5 around the eyes.

I'm back at work day 7 but can wear a hat. I'll wear a bandana loose fitted underneath the baseball cap. It's what I did last time.
Perfect time of year to wear headwear without questioning from nosey people.
