I applied for a promotion within my company and needed to get the holes in my ears repaired before starting the interview process. The office set me up with a consultation with Dr. Ereso, and from the moment I met him, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He provided me with several options to repair the holes in my ears and let me made the final decision. Due to a cancelation, I was able to get the procedure done quicker than expected which gave me time to heal before my first interviews. As I was awake for the repairs, Dr. Ereso and Shelley talked with me throughout the entire procedure making me feel conformable and looked after. Dr. Ereso explained what he was doing throughout the process and showed me his work as he completed each ear. I could have stayed on the table all day talking with them I was thoroughly enjoying the conversation and company. The recovery and healing process went precisely as Dr. Ereso said it would, and I love the result. I loved my entire experience from start to finish! The staff; Shelly, Peggy, and Jez are friendly, fun, and caring. I always left the office with a smile. This was my first experience with Dr. Ereso, but it won't be my last. He is exactly the type of Dr. I look for when making big decisions about my body. He was caring; he listened to my concerns, and he took his time explaining all the options and risks.
