2nd Go, Different Doc

Im going to do most of this by phone but i will use computer to revise it a lil. So my last procedure was 2010 by same doctor. This go round was cause i had gained more weight on my front & back than i wanted to deal with so I decided to ask for extreme lipo with moderate sized hips & hardly none to my butt except some filliers where it was uneven from the last surgery. 1st let me say I understand no cosmetic surgery will be perfect but i at least expect what i asked for & what was agreed on. Im only 6 days post so what i see now is what im making my judgement off of but i will make changes as i see them. The office is nice & everything was done in a timely manner, customer service was ok too. Doctor is somewhat arrogant though. Man i have so much to say. I feel like thwy make you soend more than you need. All the things on thier list to buy were not needed for me either time. I even had 2 size large garments in perfect condition & fit from last round but they insisted i need another one to fit better but they made me buy the same size & it was more uncomfortable because i had my inner thighs done & thier garment didnt come down the leg enough so my circulation was being cut off & made my legs hurt. I appreciate the good customer service but i dnt like lies (several lies). I sat at Cathys desk (pazminos assistant) & she showed me pics until i found my wish pic wich i asked for a copy of but she said she couldnt print it but would show the doctor before he camw in fo see me which she dis not. The doctor came in & pulled my pics up on the screen & we went over what i wanted how much & what areas. I looked at what seemed to look exactly like we agreed to during the iconsult we had before i came into town. Each time i spoke with Dr.Pazmino i expressed my wishes but what i got was his & as of now im unsatisfied. I made this aware to the receptionist & Cathy the assistant. I disnt feel he did my hips or at least the way i we both agreed wich will now cause me to be upset & stressed about my decision going to the doctor i thought i could trust. The receptionist agreed with me that she saw no hips & didn't believe he did them & told me i only paid for inner thigh "wow" i had to hold the attitude cause i knew damn well how clear i was about my hips & how i wanted them & DID NOT want them it i was already priced & paid for it. I was told by Cathy that she will have to check with Dr.Pazmino & it will takw a week but hmshe is sure he did what i asked and ita just hard to see with all the swelling but no mam i can feel & see clearly he gave me what i told her & him i did not want hell i even told her the high hips are ugly especially didnt want that wich is the reason i asks for the pic i told her would be my wish pic. I may be talking all over the place but ask all the questions you want & i will be posting lots of pics.
