Age 60 - excited to try Epionce Luminous Eye Serum for dark circles & lines

I am always looking for a great moisturizing eye cream or serum to help with dark circles and fine or not so fine lines.

After using the Epionce Luminous Eye Serum for a month, I have noticed that I need to use an additional Eye Cream on top of the serum for my much needed concealer to go on smoothly. Not a deal breaker if the Epionce Luminous Eye Serum does what it advertises and lessens my Dark Circles and fine lines.
