The tenderness, swelling, and remaining nodules freaked me out
ORIGINAL POST
Post Treatment Side Effects
So I was excited about the Eon after hearing about it, but I didn’t really hear about was what to expect after the treatment. Was told, some tenderness/swelling for up to two weeks. For about 1.5 weeks post treatment, I had major swelling and tenderness in my abdomen and flanks. My sides actually looked disfigured from the swelling. I had to massage the areas about 4-5x/day to help soften up the nodules that had formed in my flank area. It’s been almost 3 weeks and the tenderness is mostly gone, still have the nodules in my flanks (maybe around 1 inch in diameter or so) but definitely much smaller than that first few days. Honestly, the tenderness, swelling, and remaining nodules freaked me out.
I just continued with my normal lifestyle of consistently drinking tons of water, eating healthy, light exercise during the post treatment. I couldn’t take doing heavier workouts. Definitely, massaging the area multiple times a day was a necessity for me, in addition to lathering lymphatic cream on. Hopefully, the nodules will have dissipated prior to the next session that’s booked 6 weeks after the first treatment. Provider told me that I may see results in 6 weeks and definitely, by 12 weeks. Only has been almost 3 weeks for me and I look the same prior to treatment. Looking forward to seeing the final results.
