Beautiful office it was clean and comfortable. I was a little unsure to try the Procell micro-Needling because I heard from friends that it was painful. Alicia was great she took her time and explain the procedure in detail and answer all the questions I had. At first she used numbing cream on my face/neck and décolleté. It was uncomfortable but not unbearable. My face was a little red with pin pick bleeding. The next day I looked like I had had a sunburn pinkish. 48 hours later my skin was glowing and looks and feels tighter. I'm excited to do a series of them. Alicia explained to me that a series would render the best results. She showed me before and afters and explained that we are working on building my own collagen and elastin which takes 3-6 months to see the maximized results of the treatment. She also explained it will help with crape skin and fine lines since I will be turning 69 in November. Defiantly worth it! Excited to see the results in 6 months from the package I purchased.
