For so long I've been thinking about getting my breast done. I'm a kickboxing instructor and a medical billing clerk. Working out has left my chest so small. It was starting to aggravate me when i went shopping. Finally i did my research on doctors and had a consultation in Aug. After that i got motivated and we booked my surgery appointment for Oct 1st. Here I am post surgery trying to recover. Everything went smoothly and I can't wait for my breast to get position.

I wanted a full C cup, i have 325cc and i have silicone. They look great and just a lil swelling and soreness. I'm very pleased with the results overall.
How long did your dr say to wait until you work out? I love working out and am worried about taking weeks (or more) off. Hope your recovery continues to go smoothly
I can't work out for 4-6 weeks which is torture for me. I train almost everyday and I workout on my own too. I just gotta wait now till i recover.
