SWELLING
Omg,The last 6 days have been hard , the swelling is horrible ! I don't even fit into my jeans anymore! My stomach is so tight and uncomfortable all the time !! Just feeling a little upset about my swollen belly My friends keep saying that I look amazing but I look like I'm 6 months pregnant! (All I want for Christmas is for the swelling to settle down lol ) On the plus side I love my belly button ! Hope everyone else is healing well and looking forward to xmas ????
Weeks post op
I'm 4 weeks post op today, and what a journey so far with lots of ups and downs ! I love what I see In the mornings nice and tight and flat , but by the evening i get very swollen and tight still ,I know it's to be expected i can't wait for the time that I will be flat all the time !! I was abit concerned about my belly button , but it's looking lovely now , Better than my old one lol ! Thanks for everyone who helped me through my belly button stage ! Have been very brave today and tried a bikini on , and with a good tan to cover my stretch marks that are left I think next summer will be a new start with a flat Stomach on the beach !
Starting to recover
hi everyone , thanks for all you messages I have had no internet for the last 8 days ! Doing well now , still sore but moving around easier and starting to do some things for myself! My stomach is still really swollen but I've already dropped 6lb in weight lol , having my first shower was horrible, but now I love it again and can't wait to be able to bath again! I'm still walking bent over ,how long will it be before I'm standing straight again? I've missed catching up with everyone, posting some pics that I took today, just not sure if my belly button is healing right !

my surgeon was great , he went through everything that was going to happen step by step , I couldn't fault the dutchy hospital in truro any way , I was treated like a queen they couldn't do enough for me
