29 Uplift with Implants :) Yay!!!

I'm 29 3 children 12,4,5 I'm a bit of a yo yo dieter and have previously had a tt I'm now bk to a size British size 10 and since having my tt really have wanted to sort out my sagging breasts im a little worried not so much about the pain but I've seen so many horror stories I think I've scared myself.
We'll tomorrow I'm seeing my surgeon the same one that did my tt (he's amazing) he specialises in breast augmentation and has many times been the surgeon on channel4 embarrassing bodies dr a yelland , it's my first appointment about my breast so I think he will be taking it through with me and sizing I'm still quite confused about high profile and low so I'm hoping to clear a lot up .
I have made a list of things to ask but if any one can think of things I should be asking that would be great !!!

Ok so I'v seen my surgeon it didn't really go like I hoped he has suggested I have the operations spaced so I have my uplift then come bk after 3 months to have my implants he says this is because of the size I want if he did it at the same time he said I can only have upto 200cc because of the scar may not heal properly if bigger ones are put in so I'm still booked in for the 28 th to have the uplift I'm a little sad as I would have liked to have it all done at the same time but I trust my surgeon

We'll I've had a bit of a mad week I Ended up in a&e after dropping a ornate mirror with spikes on ontop of my foot the spike went straight into the top of my foot ouch!!!! So I've been stitched up and sent home but woken up this morning in agony so feet up all day!!
Anyways my surgeons reception is called today and moved my uplift forward to 26th as I mentioned b4 I've been advised to have it in 2 stages hope I'm walking by then lol
