Endoscopic brow lift

ORIGINAL POST

Post Brow Lift, Left with Big Forehead a Month out

I had an endoscopic brow lift 4 weeks ago. The brows & eyelids look great so far. Barely noticeable changes (which is what I requested). But my hairline is now noticeably higher & more rounded in appearance. Will this change or drop any after 4 weeks? Wondering if anybody experienced this.

I experienced this, ( raised hairline) it will sadly not change. I was not informed of this risk by my surgeon
Mine dropped after 2-3 weeks. My surgeon informed me to expect this as the endotines they place to pin the muscles up will dissolve. My forehead may be slightly higher but my deep creases are much better. I can def still raise my eyebrows and make full facial expressions. I also had an upper and lower bleph with fat transfer during this same procedure.
I too 12 months later can still feel the endotines and/or scar tissue after brow lift. Did yours eventually dissolve?
Hi, sorry you’re having this problem too. I went back to my surgeon a year out bc I still had hard lumps (like actually visible) where the endotines were placed. He xrayed the area but couldn’t see anything. He gave me the option to leave it alone & just hope it’ll dissolve, or go back in thru my hairline & look around. I opted to let him go back in (done under local so I was awake). He made two small incisions in my hairline similar to original surgery. It was scar tissue that had hardened around where the endotines had been (they had dissolved). He cut out the scar tissue & sewed me back up. It was super easy, no swelling or anything. I’m SO glad I didn’t wait any longer. Area is now normal, wish I’d done it sooner.
