I have been a patient of Dr. Cesar Fernandez MD at Symmetrik MD for several years, and I can confidently say that the level of care, precision, and attention to detail I have experienced has been exceptional.
One of the procedures I am most grateful for is my Non-Surgical Nose Job, especially because I previously underwent surgical rhinoplasty.
Before my procedure, Dr. Fernandez took the time to explain how my previous surgery had changed my nasal anatomy and why this made my case more complex. I learned that a Non-Surgical Nose Job is already considered a high-risk injectable procedure, and having a history of rhinoplasty introduces additional risks because of possible changes to the underlying anatomy.
What gave me tremendous peace of mind was his use of Ultrasound Guidance to map and evaluate my anatomy before treatment. Being able to see the structures beneath my skin and understand why every detail mattered made me appreciate his expertise even more. I never felt rushed, and I always felt that my safety was his priority.
The results were exactly what I wanted: a more balanced, refined appearance that still looks completely natural.
Beyond my nose, I have also entrusted Dr. Fernandez with my Full Facial Harmonization/Facial Balancing journey over the years. My treatments have included Tear Trough Filler, Mid-Face Volume Restoration, Lip Filler, Ultrasound-Guided Forehead Filler, Neurotoxin Treatments, and Ultrasound-Guided Endolift procedures for my lower face and mid-face. I am also looking forward to experiencing Endolift around my eyes as part of my continued facial rejuvenation journey.
What I appreciate most is that Dr. Fernandez never approaches my face as a collection of individual areas to treat. He evaluates my anatomy as a whole, considers how my face changes with age, and makes thoughtful recommendations to maintain balance, proportion, and natural-looking results.
