Exactly 4 weeks later
The changes are becoming noticeable to me though the doctor said I won't see final results until about six months out since the collagen needs time to rebuild. I still feel some tenderness near the insertion areas so I'm still healing. I can see tightening in my skin and I'm not able to pinch much of it anymore. The skin laxity is definitely decreasing, however I see better results in my face than my neck so far. I'll post again in another 4 weeks.
Day after and 2 weeks after
I was pretty swollen the next day (picture with glasses). The other pictures are 2 weeks later. I could already see and feel the tightening though I had quite a bit of bruising on my neck. I also had the asymmetrical smile but that’s starting to go away.
NMI - Endolift
I'm almost 48 hours post procedure and want to share my experience. I'm 52 and I've tried other skin tightening treatments like Exillis and Sofwave which didn't last. The Sofwave worked somewhat but the Exillis definitely didn't. I first want to confirm that it was relatively painless but my doctor did mention that I have a high pain tolerance. The most discomfort I felt was during the numbing process when he had to inject the lidocaine but even that was tolerable. The procedure itself didn't hurt but the sound of crackling bacon was a little alarming since I was imaging my skin cooking (it wasn't!). So far, I don't have any pain, no bruising and I thankfully don't have the asymmetrical smile I was warned about. I'm still swollen quite a bit, but I went to an event yesterday with my hair covering my cheeks and my friends said they couldn't tell. I shared a few before pictures but I'll continue to share my progress.
