I wanted to love Endosphères. I went into the treatments hopeful and committed, following a consistent routine from January to March. However, I’m sharing this review to give a more transparent perspective for those with sensitive systems or high aesthetic awareness.

After 11 sessions, plus one icon I began noticing increased skin tightness on my lower belly but not in a good way. I never needed anything for stomach. My skin now feels less supple, and I’ve developed visible marks, dents, and rippling in areas that previously had smooth texture. These changes have left me feeling anxious, especially as I had no such concerns before the treatment series.

I understand that results vary based on body type, lymphatic health, and recovery pace, but I wish I had known that overstimulation without sufficient integration time could lead to worsening of skin appearance, rather than improvement.

I’m currently focusing on rest, hydration, and repair and I truly hope this experience can rebalance over time.

I received my Endosphères treatments at a lovely salon run by warm, elegant Slavic women. The environment was relaxing, and I was reassured the procedure was safe and non-invasive.
