It took about 4 hours for the treatment on my upper and lower abdomen. It was like a big pinch at first but went numb shortly afterward. The hardest part of the treatment was the massage afterward.
There was soreness for about 2 weeks or so after the treatment. I used cold packs and some pain meds which helped. Am pleased with the results and am thinking of having my upper arms done next.
