After breastfeeding 2 boys, my breasts took a toll...

After breastfeeding 2 boys, my breasts took a toll. I went to Bresnick because my in law had her tummy tuck with him and was happy. So we opted for a lift with small implant and lipo to the mommy muffin. He said he could do more lipo if we waited on the tummy tuck. I didn't want an implant, just a lift, but he said I'd have no volume on top without an implant. The morning of surgery when I was going in he clapped and said "Ready for Double D's?!" NO!!!! No DD, just a regular D, what I was before I told him- yet again.I woke up with double D's and at my follow up both him and his nurse said they looked like D's. What?! Yet no D cup will fit these [RS bleep] boobs right?! A couple months later and waiting for the "swelling" to go down, I developed double bubble and realized he'd sewn an internal purse string to my nipple- a very unnatural unwanted Undiscussed addition . The implant he used was so large, it dropped below my crease. He did agree to redo the surgery right away though, so in I went in again. He still didn't make them smaller, switched to textured, and put internal sutures all around each breast to prevent the double bubble from happening again. The recovery was excruciating. And they were now huge big balls on my chest that didn't move much. THEN I got encapsulation. Like really??? He gave me medication but my boobs turned hard as tennis balls- huge tennis balls. I was in so much pain all the time and they were so big on my body I felt like a [RS bleep] star.I went to Grant Stevens next and cried in his office asking if he could fix me. He said the implants Bresnick used were way too big for my already larger breasts/small frame and that caused the dropping and further complications. I underwent yet another surgery! Had the stupid bags taken out- 350cc are not small- and he removed the awful purse strings. The relief from having those things out was immediate. I wish Bresnick had listened to me the first time. I went through so much additional and unnecessary pain and surgeries. Also on my lipo, he was supposed to do more on one side to make up for my scoliosis, but seemed to slip his mind the day of surgery. I look lopsided now.The girls in his office had really large breasts too. Now my friends and I joke he's the "[RS bleep] boob man"- he is in the valley, maybe that's what he does most? I have Nothing against [RS bleep] stars, but since I'm not in that field- I'd prefer not to look like I am! Huge disappointment and waste of money. And waaaay too much pain.

He was on the arrogant side, but I mistakingly took that for experience. Doesn't do what's discussed in your consult. Had complications due to his error, he made an effort to fix it, but the damage was done. Scarring wasn't too back though- he prides himself on his "good stitch". I just wish he'd done what we discussed.
