I had been to two other consultations, both with drs in La Jolla and was torn. A full tummy tuck left a scar from hip to hip and although I have a C section scar it was small and has faded nicely in the 13 years I've had it. I want to be able to dress sexy and wear small bikinis and panties. I didn't see how that was possible with a scar like that. Frustrated and dissapointed I came home and googled tummy tuck scars. I found an image that was from a tummy tuck that was really low and only a little longer than my existing scar. I clicked on the image and it took me to Dr. Laverson's website. His office was down the street from my house! I called the office and spoke with Jennifer. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I scheduled a consultation the following Tuesday. After meeting Dr Laverson I knew right away he was the one for my procedure. He answered all my questions and treated my case individually. The prior 2 drs felt like I was just a number and they had the same routine for everyone. The years of experience and knowledge that he carried made me feel confident in my choice. I scheduled my surgery 8 months out because I'm in school and had to wait till summer. Now I am 13 days away and am nervous and excited :)

Yes I'm 12 days post op. I think my drains come out today. I went with 500cc. Thats what Dr Laverson suggested to achieve the results I wanted. At first I thought I may have gone to big but now I realized I just wasn't used to having that big of boobs. I'm getting used to them and as they soften up I like them more and more.

I was 5'3, 95 lbs, and 22 when I became pregnant...

I was 5'3, 95 lbs, and 22 when I became pregnant with my son. Although I was only 126lbs when I gave birth I could never get my stomach back to its origional form. I'm not sure if it was from my C section or just the pregnancy but no matter how much I work out it I could never get it flat. I was so envious of the girls who bounced back to wearing their old jeans just weeks after. Fast forward 13 years and I am finally tired of the tears from people asking if I am pregnant. I'm tired of spending hours in the gym and eating healthy to only be disappointed at my results. So I set up a consultation just to see what can be done for me.
