what about your neck?did you have it done, your face looks great,
June 24, 2016
I agree. I am just too scared to do it. I knew a lady that had it done and the results are better than a face lift or anything I have ever seen. The price you paid was very reasonable. I have seen it cost in the $1000's. You look great.

Do you think the Jessner/TCA peel tightened your skin, too?
July 20, 2015
Yes although I am thin and fit without any real loose skin so I was looking to get rid of freckling/brown spot from sun damage and fine lines
July 20, 2015
Oh, okay. I understand. It worked very well on you! You look great.
July 29, 2015
Hi, someone else asked me that....and yes I think it did but I really didn't have loose or sagging skin as I am thin and very fit. I really had a lot of freckling/sun damage and fine lines which are too fine to fill so the peel got rid of a lot of those. Also it rejuvenates your bodies natural collagen unlike the more expensive laser treatments. If you're around the San Diego area....go see Dr. Heidi Gilchrist, she is amazing!

Wow this is great I wonder if your doctor can perform this on hispanic skin, I will go in for a consultation in the summer. Im looking to do either a phenol peel or series of micro needling for some acne scarring but since I saw your review I believe I should go in and see her. I've been searching everywhere to find a surgeon or derm that will perform a deep tca but it seems most are doing laser.

Thank you !

You are so beautiful for your age! What was the % of tca you used and how long would you say it took to peal?
July 3, 2015
Thank you :) It was a deep Jessner's/TCA Peel....I can find out from my Dermo percentage but I believe it was the highest she could use without possibility of scarring. It looked darn and burn for about 4 days and then peeled for another 6.

Scary, u look great but I would be scared that they may make a mistake an burn my face
August 18, 2015
That is why you go to a reputable doctor then that won't happen.

How was this applied and were you awake or slightly sedated-did they rub numbing cream prior to this? Were you really red immediately or does it happen over a few days. Did you have to take any pain meds the first few days?

What do you mean by "it doesn't kill cells...?"

I usually put my patients on tretinoin cream at least two weeks prior to the stronger peels. I find that it helps even out the final results.
