Received three sessions - have seen no changes

Received three sessions on the butt and back of thighs over the course of 1.5 months. I have seen no changes. The provider told me I would need to come back once every three months or so to redo the treatment, which was way more frequent that what I've seen online. Either way, won't be doing this again
