How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Disappointing Results
Backstory: I'm a 56-year-old female who has had urge incontinence for the past 20 years. I've tried other approaches, from medication to physical therapy, to manage this issue without success. I've also been a fitness trainer for the past 30-plus years so I'm familiar with the science behind muscle strengthening.
Treatment: I had four Emsella appointments over four weeks. I started at level 55 and ended at level 85 by my fourth session. It's been three weeks since my last visit and I've had zero improvement! Very frustrating.
While 4-6 sessions are recommended twice a week, I should have had some improvement in urinary continence if my pelvic floor muscles were being strengthened. I might have considered paying for a couple more sessions in that case but this has been a waste of time and money, and I so wanted this to work!
