Had My Last Session Today
Today was my fourth and final session of EmsculptNEO for my glutes. I noticed that with each session the vibration patterns of the machines changes very quickly. Today I felt like the patterns were very fast and also a bit more aggressive than in the past I was noticeably sore for a little bit after (but still no pain at all!) and the woman who was assisting me explained that the machine changes pattern to target different muscles and areas.
We took some pictures before I started my treatment and we also took some pictures today. She explained that I will see my results 12 weeks after completing my fourth session, so I decided to schedule a 12 week follow up to take more pictures to see if there have been any actual improvements. So far I'm not noticing anything but then again I see myself everyday. I have been following the instructions, still working out regularly, staying hydrated and eating lots of protein. So, hopefully with all of that and the Emsculpt I can get some kind of transformation.
I will upload pictures after my 12 week follow up!

Decided To Change To Glutes
I had my first session today! I love going to Ever/Body everyone was so nice and welcoming in. I had seen a few reviews on people who got their thighs done in here and some ended up with swollen and painful legs after their session. The Nurse Practitioner was very helpful when I expressed my concerns and mentioned that when it comes to Emsculpt she doesn't see much of a different for the thigh area, more so for the abs and glutes. So with that, I decided to go with the glutes.
Each session is 30 minutes, she wiped me down and place these two pads on my glutes and started at the lowest setting. After making sure I was ok we went higher and higher and ended up at 100%. No pain at all! Just a very weird feeling. Pads vibrate and change the vibrating pattern as you go. The vibrations target different things (fat, muscles, etc). Since I was at 100% the pulsing and vibrations did cause my glutes to move, like I was squeezing my butt cheeks together. All in all I had a fantastic first appointment, a little sore afterwards. I was given instructions to not work out my glutes for at least 24 hours, stay hydrated and eat plenty of protein. We took before picture but I will post them once I have completed all 4 sessions.

EmsculptNEO For Thighs
I have always carried a lot of my weight in my lower half (thighs, butt, etc.) and it's made me extremely insecure throughout the year. I decided to try EmsculptNEO to target my thighs. I had a consultation about a month ago at Ever/Body and the woman there was very helpful. She explained that in order to help the Emsculpt work and keep working you need to change up your lifestyle a little. Eating clean and healthy for sure, upping protein intake, staying hydrated and exercising. I decided that in April I was really going to dedicate a new, healthier lifestyle so I figured that Emsculpt would give me a little more boost in seeing some results.
I have four sessions booked starting April 15th, the Ever/Body that I went to was a new location so I was able to get a discount and my total was a little over $2.2k. Definitely hurt a little swiping my card but I figured I would give it a try.
Has anyone had any results for the thigh area? I'm seeing a lot of abdomen reviews.
I will keep you guys posted!
