Emsculpt on Tummy & Emsella
So I decided to do emsellla first. An easy treatment for incontinence/general laxity of the vagina. It's harder to measure this but I am pretty sure it was helpful.
Then decided to do Emsculpt for my tummy. To be honest, I workout hard. I do pilates daily and weights 5 times a week. I have a low body fat and I thought it would be interesting to see how Emsculpt brought out my abs. I really don't think it did really. You could see my abs anyway maybe not as much as I wanted but they were there. Now, I may say you can't see them much more than before BUT more importantly I am stronger than I was before. It has really helped me take my pilates workout to the next level. I am up springs and really rocking it.
I am definitely going to go back and have emsculpt on my butt - not expecting visual differences but like the idea of a stronger butt!!!
