This did not provide any visible improvement - not worth the cost

ORIGINAL POST

Not Worth the Cost

At the time of treatment I was in decent shape, probably 16% body fat, working out 4-5 times per week but wanted more definition in my abs. This procedure did not provide any visible improvement, despite six treatments at the maximum setting. Since then I have had much better results by simply lowering my body fat percentage through eating at a calorie deficit.

If you are someone who already exercises their core regularly and want to see better definition, my feeling is that something like Emsculpt which mostly builds muscle is not the right solution. Instead save yourself a few thousand dollars and just focus on losing fat through a healthy and consistent calorie deficit.

I see very nice results, actually.
I was thinking the same, definitely notice a difference.
Same I definitely see a difference
Agree that it’s not worth the price tag ,Ie thousands of dollars, if you already workout regularly and are trying to tone up … caloric deficit is the best. I guess if you have thousands to throw around like candy it’s worth a try … as for the rest of us …
Are you kidding? There is a significant difference in definition and girth between your 'before' and 'after' pics.
