Poor Customer Service, and No Results

I would not recommend. I paid about $7500 for 3 services, including 2 Emsculpt Neo treatments. They advised I would need 2 packages to reach my desired results. Unfortunately 0 changes were made after the full 12 weeks. I expressed my disappointment to the tech at the location. She was so kind and professional and told me she would reach out to management. I received a call from management. I let her know no changes were made to my diet/ workout routines. She then blamed me for the results. She advised no refunds would be made. I expressed I wasn't sure why they called if nothing was going to be resolved and she hung up on me. Unfortunately I feel scammed out of quite a bit of money. Though the techs Cindy and Shannyn were so kind and professional, the other woman was not. Additionally the treatment did not work for me, and they refuse to give any type of refund. Don't waste your money, and please note, there is no guarantee and no customer service that will care if you have results.
