The facility that did the procedure was great, however when I think about cost and my results, it wasn’t worth it. I had minimal tightening and no change in definition with my buttocks. I believe this is because I am about 15 lbs from being at my ideal weight. I am 5’7 and 144lbs. I believe in order to see marked changes you most likely need to be at your goal weight. It also did not tighten or firm any sag I had so if you’re looking for that to happen it most likely won’t.
Best advice it not to waste your time or money.

I can see some change. If it’s squishy fat, I’d do cool sculpting. Also, take collagen supplements for better skin tightening results.

I was told I was the perfect candidate for coolsculpting. I did it and no change at all. For me it was huge waste of money
