Expensive, Ineffective
In August, I first tried a mix of 2 sessions Emsculpt and 3 sessions off-brand HIFEM for my butt with no results.
Then a few months later in October, I bought a package of 6 off-brand HIFEM and again got no results.
Brand name or not, the session felt the same. 30 minutes of a machine making my glutes contract in different patterns. Painless, but not pleasant.
Only result is I wasted time and money and felt cheated and stupid to fall for it again. (And my love reminded me that he had warned me it wouldn't work...)
I eat healthy and exercise, and I let them put the intensity up all the way, so I was hopeful... but not a difference at all in the look or circumference of my flat butt after.
One of the technicians said that it takes a lot more sessions for buttocks than for abdomen. If I had a ton of money, maybe I would try it again for abdomen... (and then when I get no results my love can tell me "I told you so" again :D )
It's painless and noninvasive, so maybe worth trying out if you have a few grand to spare.
