Expectations Exceeded!
The spa was very private, clean and welcoming. The provider had great communication and provided useful information about my upcoming appointment both on the spa website and in her personal communication. I felt prepared to ask good questions before deciding to begin treatment. This was a great comfort being a first time patient. During treatment, my comfort was the providers priority. She made sure to take her time and explain my treatment thoroughly so there were no surprises. This made my first ever experience at a med spa so positive, that before I left, I think I said to her I can’t wait to come back.
