If you had asked me 4 weeks after my last treatment (4 in total)
if Emsculpt Neo was worth it, I would have told you I was on the fence. I even had a private discussion with my tech telling her that I didn’t feel comfortable posting before & afters because the difference wasn’t that noticeable. She reassured me and told me to wait and see. The technology burns fat but it needs time to leave the body, often times 8-12 weeks for full results. The internal results I could feel immediately. My midsection felt tighter and I was stronger at Pilates, my core has always been my weakest muscle. I waited for FULL results and sure enough it happened! These results also happened with zero change in my lifestyle. I can get a flat tummy with a very strict diet and workout regiment but if I stray, the first place I notice has always been my midsection. I never gain inches to my butt or thighs. I will also say, I live my life very moderately. I eat healthy but do not deprive myself from sweets or carbs. I work out but not religiously (expect Pilates, that’s always once a week). I drink but only socially, rarely at home and it’s mostly vodka soda. I mainly drink water, never soda. I get plenty of sleep and don’t deal with much stress. I am also naturally on the petite side and have always been. To me, this is the “cheat” I’ve been looking for because once that fat is destroyed, it’s gone for good! Those fat cells can’t come back!
