- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Signed up for an Emsculpt package with Dr. Lay’s office to take care of an annoying under-butt problem that exercise just couldn’t take care of. Emily was my main point of contact and she was the best! She explained the process and set realistic expectations for me. Also the office is beautiful, clean and very professional.
