I'm 5'9 180. Workout vigorously. Have thin layer of abdominal fat that is stubborn. I was told emsculpt would be PERFECT for me. Well, 4 treatments later and nothing. And it's incredibly painful. I had it at the highest setting to "get my money's worth."

Heya, I am like you 5'9" 165 and only 10% body fat - I too was told gonna be amazing and so I thought I'd have Muscle Her abs. Not so much - BUT my abs are so so much stronger and I can do some amazing ab workouts - rocking the pilates reformer like never before. I feel great. I am going to do my butt now cause I would love a really strong arse and have lower visual expectations.
